United States Representative Jimmy Panetta (CA-19) announced $635,900 in federal grant funding for the City of Monterey to assess the resilience of infrastructure supporting the community and two local military installations. The funding, awarded through the Department of Defense's Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation's Installation Readiness Program, will support an 18-month Military Installation Readiness Review.
