Colorado Congressman Joe Neguse issued the following statement after a federal judge Monday blocked the Trump administration from dismantling the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), specifically the transfer of the world-renowned climate center's supercomputing facility.
The judge ruled that the administration's decision was, in-part, politically motivated-issuing a preliminary injunction in the matter of University Corporation for Atmospheric Research v. National Science Foundation.
