Last week, Colorado Congressman Joe Neguse passed his bipartisan proposal to improve America's recycling and composting infrastructure through the House Energy and Commerce Committee. The legislation will identify national composting infrastructure challenges and improve recycling data measurement and reporting-enhancing systems that enable the country to reduce waste and support communities.
