Congressman Mike Thompson (CA-04) applauded the City of Napa's new anaerobic digestion system, a transformative clean energy project that will convert organic waste into renewable natural gas to power the city's garbage and recycling trucks. The project is utilizing federal clean energy tax incentives secured by Congressman Thompson under the Inflation Reduction Act, including the 30% Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and an additional 10% Domestic Content Bonus Credit.
