Today, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (TX-30) sent a letter to Department of Defense leadership demanding answers following alarming reports that qualified U.S. Army officers were blocked from promotion based on race and gender.
The letter was sent to Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General John D. Caine, raising serious constitutional and legal concerns about political interference in the military promotion process.
