STATEHOUSE (Aug. 10, 2026) - State Rep. Lori Goss-Reaves (R-Marion) is highlighting legislation enacted during the 2026 legislative session that expands property tax relief for eligible disabled veterans, surviving spouses, and other qualifying Hoosier homeowners.

The bipartisan law, House Enrolled Act 1210, increases property tax relief for eligible disabled veterans, strengthens existing veteran tax benefits, and creates additional property tax credits for qualifying veterans.
