Today, Congressman Craig Goldman (R-TX) introduced the Zero-Based Regulatory Budgeting to Unleash American Energy Act, which codifies President Donald Trump's executive order that requires sunset clauses on all current and future energy regulations. This is the U.S. House companion to U.S. Senator Jim Risch's (R-ID) bill, which he introduced last year.
