Congressman Gabe Evans welcomed Acting U.S. Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling back to Colorado's Eighth Congressional District for two site visits and workforce roundtables highlighting the manufacturers, skilled trades, truckers, and small businesses powering Northern Colorado's economy.
The visit comes just days after the August jobs report (https://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/empsit.pdf) showed the U.S. economy added 162,000 jobs-tripling expectations-while unemployment remained steady at 4.1 percent.
