Congresswoman Valerie Foushee (NC-04) introduced the Seizure Safe Schools Act, legislation to promote seizure safety and ensure that elementary and secondary schools can safely care for students with seizure disorders.
"Students living with seizure disorders can fall behind academically due to the lack of access to academic professionals equipped to safely care for them.
