WASHINGTON, DC (October 6, 2026) - Congresswoman Valerie Foushee (NC-04) sent a letter to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kennedy Jr. regarding the Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) grants that were canceled by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
