Congressman Scott Fitzgerald (WI-05) issued the following statements in response to the passage of two critical pieces of legislation this week: the Reducing and Eliminating Duplicative Environmental Regulations (RED Tape) Act and the Foreign Emissions and Nonattainment Clarification for Economic Stability (FENCES) Act.
On the RED Tape Act:
"Federal environmental reviews should be efficient, not redundant," said Congressman Fitzgerald.
