Representative Michelle Fischbach (MN-07) led a coalition of colleagues in sending a letter to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin, urging the agency to correct Biden-Era regulatory overreach and restore access to Chlorpyrifos, a vital insecticide relied upon by American farmers.
In the letter, lawmakers called on the EPA to restore science-based review processes that recognize Chlorpyrifos as safe for use on crops.
