PORTLAND, Ore.-A federal grand jury in Portland returned an indictment Tuesday charging a Hillsboro, Oregon man with possessing images depicting the sexual abuse of children.

Daniel Bostwick, 69, has been charged with a single count of possession of obscene visual representations of child sex abuse.

According to court documents, Bostwick was on state parole following a previous conviction for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree under Oregon law. Bostwick was subject to device monitoring as a condition of his parole. In April, two sexualized images of children were detected on Bostwick's cellphone. A...
