Today, U.S. Senator Jack Reed (D-RI), a member of the Appropriations Committee, issued the following statement on ICE's out of control operations in Minneapolis and other communities across the country, as well as a possible path forward to prevent a partial government shutdown by funding the rest of the federal government:
