As Rhode Islanders celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week, U.S. Jack Reed (D-RI) is teaming up with U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on the TEACH Improvement Act (S.4415) (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/4415?s=1&r=1).
