BILLINGS - A Red Lodge man who kept an illegal stash of privately manufactured guns admitted to charges today, Acting U.S. Attorney Mark Steger Smith said.
James Faddis Kennedy, 76, pleaded guilty to one count of prohibited person in possession of a firearm. Kennedy faces up to 15 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
