Today, Chicago Congressman Mike Quigley (IL-05) released the following statement after the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)'s announcement that it will conduct an environmental assessment of Amtrak's proposed relocation of its 14th Street maintenance facility to Union Pacific's Canal Street Yard:
