Cape and Islands, a public radio station in Falmouth, Massachusetts, featured Joshua Stoll, associate professor of marine policy at the University of Maine, in a story on a new University of Massachusetts Dartmouth lab studying marine conservation, ocean access and conflicts affecting fisheries.
