CONCORD - A former resident of Newbury has been indicted this week for possessing child sexual abuse material, U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announces.
Marc Jacques, 52, was charged with the possession of child sexual abuse material. According to the charging and other public documents, on March 18, 2024, Jacques pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of child sexual abuse material.On September 9, 2024, the Court sentenced Jacques to 60 months in federal prison and ordered him to surrender to the Bureau o...
