WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Postal Service has issued a proposed rule called: Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail Open and Distribute Parcel Mailings Discontinued.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 19 by Jeffrey Boblick, Attorney, Ethics and Legal Compliance.
Summary: The Postal Service is proposing to amend Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM(R)) in various sections to discontinue the mailing of parcels with Priority Mail Express(R) and Priority Mail(R) Open and Distribute service.
