WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Postal Service has issued a notice called: Product Change-Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage Negotiated Service Agreements & Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select Negotiated Service Agreements.
