WASHINGTON, April 24 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Removing Obsolete Provision in Safety-Related Condition Reporting Requirements.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 24 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator.
Summary: This final rule removes an obsolete provision from the safety-related condition reporting requirements in 49 CFR 191.25.
