WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Class Location Change Requirements; Response to Petition for Reconsideration.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 1 by Linda Daugherty, Acting Associate Administrator for Pipeline Safety.
