WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Clarifying Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Integrity Management Guidance.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 31 by Keith J. Coyle, Chief Counsel.
