WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Hazardous Materials: Reduce Training Burdens for America's Farmers.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 4 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.

Summary: This final rule makes an inflationary adjustment to the monetary threshold for farmers to be eligible for an exception from security plan and in-depth security training requirements.
