WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Hazardous Materials: Modernizing Payments To and From America's Bank Account.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 4 by Paul J. Roberti, Administrator, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
