WASHINGTON, July 8 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Pipeline Safety: Repair Criteria for Hazardous Liquid and Gas Transmission Pipelines.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 8 by Keith Coyle, Chief Counsel.
Summary: PHMSA proposes to modernize and to clarify the anomaly response criteria in the Federal pipeline safety regulations for gas transmission and hazardous liquid pipelines.
