WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Pipeline Safety: Crimson Pipeline LP's Petition for Declaratory Order Regarding the Requirements for Baseline Integrity Assessments.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 14 by Keith Coyle, Chief Counsel.
