WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Pipeline Safety: Advisory Bulletin on the Integrity Risks of Type A Repair Sleeves.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 28 by Linda Daugherty, Acting Associate Administrator for Pipeline Safety.
