WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Hazardous Materials: Information Collection Activities.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 30 by Matthew Nickels, Acting Director, Standards and Rulemaking Division, Office of Hazardous Materials Safety, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, PHMSA invites comments on seven Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control numbers pertaining to hazardous materials transportation. PHMSA intends to request renewal and extension for these seven control numbers from OMB.
