Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), a leader on the Senate Appropriations Committee, made stops in Wheeling, W.Va. focused on recent Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) allocations she helped secure.

First, Senator Capito traveled to Crittenton Services, a behavioral health provider serving children and families throughout West Virginia. Crittenton Services received a $3,042,000 CDS award, secured by Senator Capito in Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24), to expand their Center for Young Women and Children.
