The U of A has launched a new website for the Performance Framework Project, a university-wide initiative focused on redesigning how performance is measured, supported and developed for faculty and staff.
Led by the Office of Human Resources and Office for Faculty Affairs, the project is a key component of the 150 Forward strategic plan's Employer of Choice pillar.
