UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State has entered a 10-year renewable partnership with the U.S. Army to provide environmental and architecture and engineering support services via a public-public partnership. The Regional Intergovernmental Support Agreement (R-IGSA) aims to strengthen collaboration, enhance capability sharing and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
