UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State remains committed to fostering a community grounded in safety, respect and accountability, and offers a range of resources for students and employees affected by sexual misconduct. Support is available at every stage, from learning about consent and available resources to accessing care, receiving guidance and understanding reporting options.

Sexual misconduct may include sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, rape, stalking, sexual or gender-based harassment, sexual exploitation, and retaliation connected to reporting such conduct.
