WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Patent and Trademark Office has issued a notice called: Electronic Filing Systems for Filings Pursuant to the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 15 by John A. Squires, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
