Washington, D.C. -Last night, the United States Senate passed a resolution led by Senators Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) and Rick Scott (R-Fla.) recognizing and celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, which takes place every year from September 15th to October 15th.
