Anyone looking to attend Tompkins Cortland Community College has extra opportunities to get enrolled and registered for the Fall 2026 semester. The College's Panther Welcome Center, which serves as a one-stop shop for everything needed to become a student at TC3, has extended hours of operation heading up to the start of the semester. No appointments are needed.
