WASHINGTON, June 18 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for XXXXXX (insert district) issued the following press release:
Tallahassee, Florida- Tyler Ryan Lee Heimer, 27, of Panama City Beach, Florida, has been indicted in federal court for attempted enticement of a minor. John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida announced the charges.
Heimer appeared for his arraignment in federal court before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick in Tallahassee, Florida. Jury trial is scheduled for August 24, 2026 at 8:30 am, before United States District Court Judge Mark E. Walker in Tallahassee, Florida.
If convicted, Heimer faces a minimum of 10 years' imprisonment.
