Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) secured $850,000 in federal Community Project Funding in Fiscal Year 2026 to repair and replace the deteriorating retaining wall along Upper Prospect Road in Atlantic Highlands, a critical infrastructure project aimed at improving roadway safety and maintaining reliable access for residents and emergency services.
