Today, U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) traveled to Pawhuska, Oklahoma to sit down with Osage Nation and Osage County leadership as part of a busy in-state work period. During the visit, Senator Mullin spoke with local officials about their goals to widen growth opportunities and deepen Tribal partnerships. In attendance at the meeting were Osage County Sheriff Bart Perrier, Osage Nation Principal Chief Geoffrey Standing Bear, Pawhuska Mayor Steve Tolson, Pawhuska City Manager Carol Jones, Barnsdall Mayor Johnny Kelley, Pawhuska Chamber of Commerce members, and other community leaders.
