NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - Today, a federal grand jury indictedDUSTIN BADEAUX, ("BADEAUX"), age 41, of New Orleans, for bank robbery, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2113(a), announcedUnited States Attorney David I. Courcelle.
According to court documents, on May 9, 2026, BADEAUX robbed a bank located in the 4000 block of Canal Street of approximately $1800 in U.S. currency.
BADEAUXfaces a maximum twenty (20) year term of imprisonment, a fine of up to $250,000, up to three (3) years of supervised release, and a mandatory $100 special assessment fee.
