One year after Republicans in Congress passed Donald Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the office of Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) released a report outlining the legislation's impact on Nevada. The extreme partisan bill, which Republicans forced through Congress in the middle of the night with no Democratic votes, gives a tax cut worth more than $1 trillion to the top one percent of taxpayers, paid for by the largest cuts to Medicaid and SNAP in history. Senator Rosen was outspoken in her opposition to the legislation and voted against it in the Senate.
