WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Office of Workers' Compensation Programs has issued a notice called: Proposed Revision of Existing Collection; Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act Employer's First Report of Injury or Occupational Illness (LS-202) and Employer's Supplementary Report of Accident or Occupational Illness (LS-210).
