Summary: This final rule implements Section 429 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 by requiring covered air carriers to submit to the U.S. Department of Transportation (Department) a one-page document summarizing passenger rights regarding delays, diversions, cancellations, baggage, and boarding.
