OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY ISSUES NOTICE: EXXON VALDEZ OIL SPILL PUBLIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE; CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- Office of the Secretary has issued a notice called: Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Public Advisory Committee; Call for Nominations.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 2 by Lisa Fox, Regional Environmental Officer, Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance.

Summary: The Department of the Interior is soliciting nominations for the Exxon ValdezOil Spill Public Advisory Committee (Committee). This Committee advises the Exxon ValdezOil Spill Trustee Council (Trustee Council) on decisions related to the planning, evaluation, allocation of funds, and conduct of injury assessment and restoration activities related to the T/V Exxon Valdezoil spill of March 1989.
