WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Office of the Attorney General has issued a rule called: Procedures for Submission and Consideration of Petitions for Rulemaking.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 30 by Todd Blanche, Acting Attorney General.
Summary: Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, the Department of Justice ("the Department") is adopting a process for considering petitions submitted by interested persons requesting that the Department issue, amend, or repeal a rule.
