OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ISSUES RULE: ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL FRAUD ENFORCEMENT DIVISION

WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- Office of the Attorney General has issued a rule called: Establishing the National Fraud Enforcement Division.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 18 by Todd Blanche, Acting Attorney General.

Summary: This rule amends Part 0 of the Department of Justice's ("Department") organizational regulations in title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations to establish the National Fraud Enforcement Division ("Fraud Division") and set forth its authorities.
