The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Marcelo Calle, Acting Regional Director, Unified Interior Regions 5, 7-11.
Summary: We, the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM), are approving an amendment to the North Dakota regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA or the Act).
