WASHINGTON, March 24 -- Office Of Personnel Management has issued a proposed rule called: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Regulations.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 24 by Jerson Matias, Federal Register Liaison.

Summary: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) withdraws a proposed rule to amend its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations published on July 24, 2008. Due to the time that has elapsed, OPM is withdrawing the proposal. OPM will propose amendments to its FOIA regulations in future rulemaking.
