WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Office of Labor-Management Standards has issued a rule called: Minor Child Definition for Form LM-30 Labor Organization Officer and Employee Report.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 23 by Elisabeth Messenger, Director, OLMS.
Summary: This final rule revises the definition of "minor child" as that term appears in 29 CFR 404.1(h) and on the Form LM-30 Labor Organization Officer and Employee Report. The definition is changed from "under 21 years of age" to "under 18 years of age."
